System Benefits Charge Grant Program
New Hampshire Governor's Office of Energy and Community Services
New Hampshire's System Benefits Charge (SBC) funds a variety of residential and commercial energy efficiency programs. Customers are eligible for rebates for purchasing ENERGY STARŪ appliances or retrofitting buildings to be more energy efficient.

Wisconsin Division of Energy
Several grants for renewable energy projects are available from Wisconsin Focus on Energy, a public-private partnership that provides energy efficiency and renewable energy information and services to the state's energy utility customers. The program includes grants for R&D, elementary education, purchase of equipment/library material, and feasibility studies.
